We are not a law firm and we do not give regulated legal advice. We make sure the government’s own forms are completed and signed correctly. The OPG makes the final decision on registration.

Frequently asked questions
Is the £92 OPG fee included?
No, and we never hide it. The £92 is the government registration fee, paid per LPA to the Office of the Public Guardian. Our price is only for completing your LPA from your answers.
Can I pay a reduced OPG fee?
You can apply to pay £46 if the donor earns under £12,000 a year, or nothing if they receive certain means-tested benefits. We can point you to the right form (LPA120A).
Do you offer a refund?
Yes. If you have not yet downloaded your finished documents, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days. Once the documents are downloaded they cannot be returned.
What if my LPA is still rejected?
The OPG decides, so no one can guarantee registration. Our No-Rejection Promise means that if the OPG rejects it because of a mistake in how we prepared the form, we correct it and cover the £92 to resubmit.
Is Done-For-You worth it over Self-Guided?
If forms make you anxious, or you'd rather just answer a few questions and have the whole official form completed for you, Done-For-You is worth it. Self-Guided suits confident people happy to work through a guided builder themselves.
