Are the OPG fees included?
No. Both LPAs still need registering, which is £184 in total to the Office of the Public Guardian. We always show that separately.
Can I add an advance decision?
Yes. An advance decision (living will) can be added to the Estate Bundle, so your wishes about future treatment are recorded alongside your LPAs and will.
